Album of the Week: Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic

Welcome to Album of the Week, this is a new feature here on my blog. Music is essential to my life and I want to share my love of music with all of you. So each week I’ll feature an album that I think you ought to check out. It might be old or new, a classic or something that’s way out of left field.

Today I’m featuring Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic

American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer Bruno Mars just released his third album. The lead single of the same name is upbeat, catchy, and gets you up on your feet dancing. It’s definitely an album to keep the start of your work week upbeat.

Here’s his SNL performance of the song:

And without further ado here’s the album now streaming on Spotify. Enjoy:

We’ve had a rough week last week. It was devastating and I feel hopeless. Music is one of the few things that can help me cope and get through the day. So without further ado enjoy this album. It’s greatly needed in such a time as this. This is the group’s first album in 18 years and it’s the last to feature rapper Phife Dawg who passed away earlier this year at the young age of 45. The album features Kanye West, Andre 3000 and Kendrick Lamar and more.
