Participate in the 2016 Banned Books Week Virtual Read-Out!


This week there are many events happening and one such event is the fifth annual Banned Books Week Virtual Read-Out!  Here’s more information from ALA”s website:

For the third year in a row, the sponsors of Banned Books Week are encouraging readers from across the country and around the world to participate in the Banned Books Virtual Read-Out and will feature an Internet read out of banned and challenged books. These videos will be featured on the special Banned Books Week Virtual Read-Out YouTube channel.

While readers of all types are welcomed, ALA strongly encourages libraries to participate. To learn more information about you and your library can participate, visit ALA’s virtual readout page.  So far, the YouTube channel features many videos from librarians and library goers. View them below:
